Media Release: Have your say on water and sewer services in Warren Shire

Warren Shire Council’s six-week survey invites Warren, Nevertire and Collie customers to rate water and sewer services.
From the pressure at the tap to the support received when reporting a problem, Warren Shire Council wants to hear how local customers find its water and sewer services.
Residents and customers in Warren, Nevertire and Collie are invited to complete Council’s anonymous Voice of Customer survey, open for six weeks until 4pm Friday 18 December 2026.
The survey asks customers to rate service reliability, water pressure and quality, along with their experience of customer service and support.
Mayor Greg Whiteley encouraged customers across the Shire to have their say.
“Reliable water supplies and sewer services are essential to the households and businesses that depend on them,” Councillor Whiteley said.
“We want to hear how you’re finding these services. What’s working well? Where could we do better?
“Your feedback will help us understand where attention is needed and plan for the future.”
The survey also seeks customers’ views on paying for improved services and provides space for further comments. Results will support Council’s service planning and benchmarking to assess performance.
Responses are anonymous. Participants are asked to avoid including names, addresses, account numbers or other identifying details in written comments.
