Notice of Public Exhibition- LEP Review 2025
Warren Local Environmental Plan 2012 Amendment No. 2
Warren Shire Council has received a Gateway Determination endorsement from the Acting Director, Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, to place the Draft Warren Local Environmental Plan 2012 amendments (Amendment No. 2) on public exhibition. Download here!
The Amendments apply to various lands within the Warren Local Government Area.
Copies of the Warren Local Environmental Plan 2012 amendments and the supporting planning proposal are available at the following locations:
Administration Centre – 115 Dubbo Street, Warren;
Warren Shire Library – 69 Dubbo Street, Warren; and
Council’s Website - https://www.warren.nsw.gov.au/council/public-exhibition
Any residents wishing to make comments must do so in writing and received by Council by 4pm Thursday 17th July 2025, via:
