Council crews and contractors have completed a range of road maintenance and improvement works across the Shire in recent weeks.

Recent works include shoulder grading on RR333 Carinda Road and SR65 Old Warren Road, along with maintenance grading on several local roads including SR86 Ellerslie Lane, SR60 Dandaloo Road, SR15 Johnsons Road, SR16 Notts Lane and SR69 Mullengudgery Road.

Reconstruction of Segment 2 of RR7515 Warren Road has now been completed, with line marking finalised.

Flood recovery works have also progressed, with heavy patching completed on SR66 Wambianna Road and SR91 Industrial Access Road, with line marking to follow.

Work has also been carried out on the SH11 Oxley Highway, where sections have been patched, sealed and line marked under the Road Maintenance Council Contract (RMCC). Final sealing and line marking at Milawa have now been completed.

Further safety improvements are underway on RR202 Marthaguy Road as part of the NSW Government’s Towards Zero Safer Roads Program, with 1.2 kilometres reconstructed, stabilised and sealed so far.

Heavy patching to repair flood damage has now been completed on RR333 Carinda Road, RR202 Marthaguy Road, SR91 Industrial Access Road, SR68 Bundemar Road, SR66 Wambianna Road, SR65 Old Warren Road, MR347 Collie–Trangie Road and sections of the SH11 Oxley Highway.

In the coming weeks, further flood recovery heavy patching is scheduled for SR68 Bundemar Road, RR333 Carinda Road, RR7515 Warren Road, RR202 Marthaguy Road and MR347 Collie–Trangie Road.
